CRAFTING AN INTERNAL BRAND FOR MCKESSON HEALTHCARE

McKesson Healthcare, tasked us with creating an internal brand that would effectively represent the career journey of their employees whilst fostering engagement throughout the organisation. They needed a comprehensive brand identity that would resonate with staff and inspire them along their professional development path.
We tackled this challenge by developing a visually compelling and meaningful brand identity that would speak directly to McKesson Healthcare employees. Our team designed a unique, hand-drawn logo that represents the career pathway in an intuitive and engaging manner. To add authenticity and create a sense of belonging, we incorporated actual employee photographs into the brand materials. This personalisation helped to establish an immediate connection with staff. Furthermore, we created a cohesive visual language that could be implemented consistently across all internal communications.
The outcome was the creation of 'Evolve', a powerful brand that serves as an effective tool for employee motivation and unity within McKesson Healthcare. The brand features a distinctive continuous line logo that symbolises career progression and growth within the company. By integrating real employee images throughout the branding materials, we ensured the brand maintained its authenticity and relatability. The versatile design we developed can be seamlessly applied across various internal platforms, from digital communications to physical spaces, creating a consistent and inspiring brand experience for all employees.
